Nope. At Walk-on days, you can bring your own paint. But if you are playing on the Speedball field, you are not allowed to use the blue ZAP paint because it stains the bunkers.
Can you use stinger/rampage paint on the speedball field? sometimes i buy crap paint like that to save some money.

I think so. The only one that howie told me I couldn't use was the ZAP. Even though I was using Toro... remember? you were there.

I was also wondering how much a round costes on walk on. Is it 5 bucks for the day or for each round? And can you use your own paint if your renting a gun?

I remember that haha. Howie thoguht you had ZAP paint and he said the blue fill will stain the bunker, so you went and bought a bag of xball

Yes, you can bring you own paint for walk on Sundays even if you rent.
The speedball field iwas suppose to be Field Paint Only (FPO) this year but it is not enforced unless someone is obviously using a cheap paint. When the new field is up and running and we have new bunkers the FPO on the speedball field will be strictly enforced.
Woodsball is and should remain Bring Your Own Paint
do you have any plans or pictures of what the new field will be like?

i have had a shirt stained by stinger which i had to wash 5 times, just to get the smell out, the day after playing.
i have had a pair of pants stained by zap, the blue stayed on them for about 3 weeks.
The stuff isn't permanent, but it lasts long enough to be a pain in the ass.
Anyway, as far as paint is concerned: yes, anything goes on the woodsball field, but be prepared to have people pissed off if you go really cheap and lay alot of paint on them.

Stinger does.
And lol why did you post it here? He's your brother ahahaha.
Well I guess other people might want to know... oh well.
any of the cheaper brands of paint with wax in them shouldn't be used on the speedball feild as it leaves a white residue even after the color has managed to come off.
and WAX STAINS CLOTHES.

As soon as I get to the neutral zone I clean any hits with lots of water, put everything in the washer as soon as I get home and I still have a few stains that will not come out.

the only paint ive hadd stain somthing was a bunch or draxxus whit box with blue paitn and white shell and it staind a green bin..(compost bin)
Sortof on the same topic, just wondering if I start buying a few cases of paint for sundays, is there sort of a good middle of the road paint i should try out. I expect to use about a case a month, so saving a few bucks would be great. I'm not really sure about the quality of the field paint but the price doesn't seem bad. Is there maybe a brand in the 50-60 dollar range for a 2000 case that isn't terrible?

the Xball brand that they sell at Mersey is great. But the only cases they sell for 50-60 is the white box brand... mixed balls... mixed results.
Just do youself (and the people you play against) a favour and dont go near the walmart zap paint. yeah its cheap, but it stains EVERYTHING permanently.

Yeah thats exactly what i wanted to avoid. Ok well i suppose it's just as easy to wait, if I can't get better balls for roughly the same price or something as good for cheaper than i'll stick with field paint till next year maybe. I think besides balls, switching to air will make a bigger difference anyway.

Zap and other cheap brands after a short period of time "Dust" on to your clothing and stain. I've got a permanantly stained mask lol.
