I was looking around the site and i saw people seling thier c02 tanks and one said doesn't have to be hydro'd till 2008. How often to you have to get it hydro'd and where?

steel tanks are normally 5 years. im telling you right now tho, its probably just as cheap to buy a used 20oz as it is to hydro your tank.

you can usually get a hydro test done in a dive shop, there is one in lunenburg and i'm sure there's a dive shop or 2 in hali

ok i have a 7 ounce and want to get it hydroed becasue im not sure how old it is and im getting kinda warry of what might happen so can canadian tire do this like i knwo they fill c02 tanks but what about hydroing? and ide rather not buy a new tank unless i can get one of them small 3.5 ouncers.

you'll usually pay more to hydro test it then you will to buy a new/used one.

Simplex Grimmel in burnside will hydro a tank. If it is a co2 tank i would suggest just buying a new one as it will be about the same price but if you have a nice carbon fibre tank i would get it hydrod. Tax in its around 29 bucks with the new hydro sticker..
