A5/X7 to SL8-6

has anyone heard of anymods out theyr to make a SL8-6 out of an a5 or x7 ,

that does look pretty nice, its not the same as the sl8-6 but it looks pretty similar,

Yes that is a Trracer, though I believe that the guy made it out of a maverick, which is a trracer but "newer"

To mod it on the X7 it'd probably be easiest to just carve the entire stock and trigger out of wood. Or at least the stock then make it so it bolts into the bottom of the x7. Perhaps that kinda stock is my next project.....

Coleb made an Awp with his A5 inside, he did a great job. Will have to get him to post pics

the ops gear kit is just a bolt on kit. the guy that did this did everything himself

SL8-6 looks like something you'd see out of army of two. A g36 with a p90 stock lol

ya after i saw it in army of two i went looking on the H&K website to see if they actually sold mods for their guns and dident really find anything but that gun

Why does everyone get their rifle and weapon data from videogames. It is really annoying, there are much better sources, like the all powerful site of worldguns.

I would say, Because the general populous of these forums aren't in the military, and play video games
Just because it interests you, dosnt mean anybody else cares.

Last i checked, these where paintball forums, i'm sure you can troll some military forums, and correct anybody who happens to mis-use a technical term, but correcting a 12 year old on terminology like he SHOULD know it, is just plain silly.

I try not to care about the little things, I just hate it when someone assumes that the videogames are right. We all know that they are not.

I'm not saying you can't be informative, you can spread the proper terminology all you want.
Just don't do it in a degrading manner, not everybody is interested to the point you are.
Milsim in paintball makes you assume they care, but when you see a kid with a g36c foregrip, and car stock, you should realize he customized his gun the way he likes it, and if its not replicating anything, then you shouldn't belittle him over it.

The way you tend to approach the subject can be classified as trolling, and the kids just going to think you're a jerk, rather then walk away learning something
