I am looking to get one or the other for my Ion and both come with the upgraded board. I want to know which is better and by how much? I'm sure the Egg 3 beats the 2 on BPS and have already checked PBreview, but is it continuous feeding and things like that? Any personal experiences? Thanks

I would, but honestly I`m looking to put this on my Ion and am looking to get some more upgrades for the gun itself. I'm trying to skimp on the $ for this purchase and the Ion is capped at 18bps if I`m correct so even an Egg 2 should do me fine.

Really...I saw some awesome reviews on PBreview and none of them said anything about breaking feednecks. They even said they had less problems than with friends that had Halos.

lol, that pb review, people onyl review the stuff they like, so you never get a good review. i have only had one problem with my halo, and thats that i got alot of water on the board and it fried. The only thing eggs are good for imo is for reballs. I guess there ok if you dont plan on sliding at all but wheres the fun in that.

Yeah, I do a bit of sliding but not usually at OK and Mersey because of the terrain. I would be interested in your Halo if you could lower the price or if you took trades?

NO breaks or problems with it. Feeds well. Does look somewhat awkward though but as long as it does the job i dont care.

Used the egg 2, Giant imo. Sticks up like a sore thumb. It never broke and held together for the time I had it. If you have the chance to buy a halo for a good price spend the cash and buy it. Don't skimp on a loader

you will be fine with the eggy 3 it feeds my ego without a skip even when my ego is on 22.2 bps ramp

Ive already sorted this out. I actually just sold my Egg3 to my team-mate on Friday. It was a great hopper and kept up to my Ion no problem (Different story with the Virtue). I now am using a Vlocity with Smoke shells, but will be receiving my Magna tomorrow :)
