Im starting a paintball team, We have not set a name yet, But im thinking Headstrong.

1. Proceeding from or exhibiting willfulness.

Im looking for woodsball players, I DONT want player that use SPEEDBALL MARKERS in WOODSBALL. Simple as that. speedball markers Must be Milsim'd, and a simple rail doessnt make it milsim enough to count. ((and fr Shifter) if you have ANY speedball marker modded to be any real gun it works :P)

Requirements:
Age: 14+
Camo: Non-specific right now. Possibly. Digipat, Omnipat, or Cadpat.
Able ot pay for your own, paint, air, events, and other expenses.
Computer /w Internet Access (Yes its a requirement)
All waivers/papers filled out.

Maybe more later.

but yes, it's not a good idea to base your team around the markers. Find people who play the sport with skill, and dont worry about what they're using.

Yeah...I know a lot of people who have &7`s who are honestly not that great. Then again people who rent every time they play can own the guy with the X7 because of skill. Just ione of many things to think about when making a team!

We started out as a few guys who loved the Milsim game...hence the name.. Then as we progressed as a team moved on to guns that suited our individual playing styles. The JTF4 guys are the same way with even harsher requirements. Thats just another fun part about this sport for some people. I think you guys just took it the wrong way thinking he was getting down on speedballers or something. I mean really if someone posted they want a team for HCO and said "no milsim guns" would you guys be all over them? Doubtful.

I am esspecially suprised at some of you Vindication guys even posting considering last saturday. Which I mention as matter of factly, because I like all of you guys and I understand obligations. We all know shit happens, but maybe this guy's post is less about the type of marker and more strictly laid out because he wants that kind of commitment from members. You don't need to poison his post, nor even comment if you can't be constructive (that means you too Gilbert :-P ).

Just cause yoru using a none speedball marker doesnt mean your not skilled, or vice versa. the marker doesnt ake the player. i want a milsim team thats it, if you suck and have a piped x7, you wont be on the team.

I dont know if you'd consider an Automag a speedball marker (anymore) but I guess I'll start a generic application:

Requirements:
Age: 15, the next walk on day is my birthday.
Camo: Special Ops Digi Fusion (7) Jersey, Pants and S/O Digi Broadsword (6)
Able to Pay? : I am able to pay for my own gear, paint, air etc.**
Computer & internet: I am at my house, *hint
All waivers/papers filled out: Yes, at Storms, Overkill, and Mersey for the 2008 season.
Marker: 68 Automag currently Q-Loader/Revvy, inteliframe, 14" AA one piece and S/O T2W air thru stock.
I dont know if the stock makes it Milsim, and, if your not interested, I understand.

Other: **For the rest of the 2008 season drives may be tight for me, I live in the Valley, but it'll be approx. 3-4 months until I receive my full licence, after that, I have access to a vehicle, and should be able to make it out just about every Sunday.

I guess you can say, as long as I am eligible, I'd be a good candidate for the 2009 season.

Just something to consider.
