4 Man Open Pump Division...Its all Heart

Most of us at one point or another, started playing paintball with a pump. Pure skill, one shot accuracy and blazing speed, Paintball at it's purest. The organizers of HCO are extremely proud to present the 4 man Open Pump Division. Dust off your phantoms, bring your Budd Orr snipers outta the woods and prepare to unleash......alot less then 15BPS.

This division will be limited to 6 teams and wait, there is something else. The Maritime Heart Center.

The Maritime Heart Center is a registered, non-profit organization that was established in 1976 by a group of concerned cardiac surgeons, cardiologists, cardiac anesthetists, and radiologists. Our objectives are to provide world class care to patients in the Maritimes with cardiovascular disease, and to be active advocates in primary prevention.To make a long story short, your heart...is their business.

Entry fee will be $100.00, your can roster 5 on a team and the rules are center flag with five minute games. Paint is $70.00 case and all proceeds go to the Maritime Heart Center.

SO, no excuses, you've asked for a venue, you've asked for a showcase, lets fill this division up for a good cause. Representatives will be on site for Maritime Heart and it's worth every penny. HCO...Get there

Rules and Regulations

1. Markers
Players who participate in the group will be required to meet the following restrictions and marker regulations.
-All markers must follow standard, accepted paintball safety standards.
-All markers must be pump or stock class to be used in APPL events. No electronic or pneumatic assist markers.
-Autotrigger Pumps (ie holding the trigger and pumping to fire) are permitted.
-Pistols are permitted but follow their own restrictions (see subsection for pistols)
-Markers must fire a single shot at a time.
-Any style of loader is permitted (Horizontal, Vertical, Force Fed, Grav Fed, QLoader, Stock Class etc)
-Maximum hopper size is 200 rounds. 50 round hoppers suggested!
-Any length barrel. No silencers or sound suppressor devices, homemade or otherwise.
-Any type of stocks, grips or sights are permitted.

Pistols can be used at APPG events but are required to fit under these regulations
-Pistols may not be operated on a gravity fed style hopper (ex Zeus G2 hopper attachment)
-Pistols cannot exceed their stock ammunition capacity.
-Players may carry as many magazines as they wish onto the field.
-Pistols are to be pump and semi auto only. Any pistols modified to fire any other format will not be allowed.


The games will take place on Sunday.

the division will follow the standard APPG rules we have outlined above.

This is an awesome venue to show off your pump skills, get out there and try something new - but most importantly participate in donating to the Maritime Heart Centre.

I want to make a team for this made up entirely of players with a TPX. It would be awesome.

If a player owns a TPX/pump, but can not play, if they have a friend they can trust... they could join as well!

Spread the word. Tell everyone. (I am damn serious!) There are more pumps/pistols out there than you think.

20-25 entry per player, and you wil probably only use a bag of paint.
plus snacks, beers and gas.

so yeah maybe 90 was a good estimate :P
